• UI/UX design and consulting
• Cloud infrastructure and deployment services
• Ongoing technical support and maintenance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

By using our services, you agree to:

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of these Terms or any project agreement, unless the information becomes publicly available through no fault of either party.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueSpark Logic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the incident.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlueSpark Logic and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to our platform, other users, or our business. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
